The ASPIRE Clinic is a subspecialty outpatient service within the Psychiatry Ambulatory Service at BIDMC. The clinic offers diagnostic evaluation and treatment for individuals within the BIDMC system who are at risk for or are showing early signs or symptoms of psychosis.
We evaluate and treat people who:
Are between the ages of 19 and 45
Are experiencing psychosis symptoms for over 1 week but less than 5 years
Have a BIDMC Primary Care Provider, or are willing to switch to BIDMC Care
Are interested in participating in a research-oriented clinic
Our services include:
Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments
Coordinated Referrals to Neuropsychology, Neuropsychiatry, Addictions, and Perinatal Psychiatry
Individual Psychotherapy and Medication Management
Group therapy including, Cognitive Enhancement Therapy, Multifamily Treatment, and Psychoeducation Groups
Patients should ask their outpatient provider to complete the referral form. Hours of operation are M-F from 9am-5pm.
