What is GoFreshSE?
GoFresh is research program that aims to test if low-salt groceries, rich in fruits and vegetables (known as the DASH eating plan) can lower blood pressure in adults living in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.

Half of the participants in this program will receive:

Fresh groceries delivered to their door for FREE
Weekly calls from a registered dietitian who helps them order groceries online

The other half of the study participants will receive:

$300

Your group assignment will be random like a coin toss. You will not be able to choose which group you get.

How do I enroll?

Enrolling in the GoFreshSE program is easy and completely remote! All parts of the study can be done from the comfort of your home.

You'll complete online surveys through REDCap-a secure, password-protected website used by researchers nationwide. Your personal information and responses will be kept confidential and accessible only to the study team.

If you qualify after completing a series of online surveys, we'll send trained technicians directly to your home to take your blood pressure, draw a small blood sample, collect a urine sample, and measure your weight and height.
