The BILH Research Program and Partnership Registry is a centralized database designed to manage information on both research student and postdoctoral programs and partnerships across BILH hospitals, as well as gather open research project opportunities for students and postdoctoral fellows in BILH labs.
Submitting information about current research student and postdoc programs and partnerships is essential to showcasing the scope of educational and experiential offerings at the system level. It also ensures that the Office of Student Engagement and Experience (OSEE) can provide appropriate support when needed, including administrative assistance and general program support.
This form must be completed yearly for all programs, when a new partner that wants to collaborate with a BILH entity is identified, and/or when a new research student/postdoc program is created internally.
Furthermore, if you are a BILH researcher with open project opportunities in your lab which would you like the OSEE to promote to students that may be good fits, these can also be shared via this form. The OSEE receives student requests for research, and collaborates with programs that are searching for placements in research labs for students.

BILH employee reporting an external program partnership (organization or academic program) Select this option if you are a BILH employee reporting a recruiting collaboration with an external program partner.This may include an organization or school program (high school, higher education institution, etc.) that you support.You will be asked to submit your name, site, and the partnership/program title and contact information. OSEE will reach out to the contact using the information provided to collect additional program details for the registry.
External program partner reporting an external program partnership (organization or academic program) Select this option if you are an external program partner. You will be asked to submit information about your research student or postdoc recruitment program, including a program description, length, recruitment goals, funding, and support needs.
BILH employee reporting an internally managed research program or collaborative program (managed internally with an external partner) Select this option if you are a BILH employee managing a research program either internally or in collaboration with an external partner. You will be asked to submit information about your research student or postdoc recruitment program, including a program description, length, recruitment goals, funding, and support needs.
Select option 2, "share an available project opportunity in my lab to promote to students or programs (BILH researchers)" if you are a BILH researcher with an open project that you would like the OSEE to promote to interested students, and programs that are searching for placements in research students and/or postdoctoral fellows.
