Description of Subject Population:

Third year residents in all dermatology residency programs in the USA.

Purpose of the Research:

We are conducting an assessment on dermatology residents' confidence in cosmetic education for skin of color patients.

Study Information:

If you choose to be in the study, the participation involves a short survey. The survey will take about 5 minutes for you to complete. The survey will help us learn more about how comfortable the third year residents are treating cosmetic issues in skin of color patients

Confidentiality and participation:

You can skip any questions that you do not want to answer. Even if you start the survey, you are not required to complete it as partial responses will be saved. You can stop at any time. All your answers will be confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside the research team. The survey is anonymous. Being in this study is voluntary.
